The Well Connected Board of Directors and their overseas partners work together as witnesses to the love of Jesus Christ in the communities where they serve.

As Founder and Managing Director of Well Connected, Heather Mehra-Pedersen is joined by a Board of Directors, all of whom have served in some capacity overseas, each called by the Lord to this ministry. Our goal is to be selfless in our mission, devoted to the cause we have been assigned, and continuously listening for God’s direction. All serve as volunteers with no compensation for time or travel.

Well Connected’s in-the-field partners consists entirely of local Christian nationals dedicated to leading others to Christ. We hope to impact the people who drink from the wells in a holistic way that will improve their day-to-day existence.
